Terms of Service

By using QRVault you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (typically 13+ with guardian consent, or 16+ / 18+ depending on jurisdiction).

2. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant QRVault a limited licence to store, transmit, transcode, generate thumbnails/covers, and — only when you invoke AI features — process it for the purpose of running the service for you.

3. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, CSAM, malware, phishing, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • No abusive scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing security controls.
  • No resale of the service without written permission.

We may suspend or delete bundles that violate these rules.

4. Storage limits

Each bundle has a soft cap of 22 GB. Abuse (e.g. warehousing arbitrary data unrelated to sharing) may lead to rate limiting or removal.

5. Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Always keep your own backups of critical files.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QRVault's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim (which may be zero for free accounts).

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
